How to program with microsoft silverlight 4?

I just installed Microsoft silverlight 4 and windows SDK. Now how do I start programing?

BTW: I have used Visual Basic 2008 a little.

use visual studio. not sure why you would need windows sdk. Silverlight runs on a proprietary engine much like Flash.
