how do i download microsofts silverlight programme?

i keep getting a window saying that the path i need is not available so the download cannot be completed. any help??

If it doesn`t work, try downloading a different program to see if it isn`t your computer thats nackered.

    Have got all the latest updates from Microsoft including IE 8 because that’s why it can’t find the path?

    Also if your CPU speed is too slow or you have insufficient RAM you will not be able to install or run it.
