In what direction must there be a net force in order to create a circular motion? What is the motion called?
THANK YOU
What direction do objects traveling in a circular path accelerate? What do we call this acceleration?
The force must be directed radially inward. This motion is called circular motion. The direction of acceleration is in the same direction as the force, radially inward. This acceleration is called centripetal acceleration.
