How do i upload a site from dreamweaver to freewebs? | Programming, .NET, Silverlight & More

How do i upload a site from dreamweaver to freewebs?

I have all my files on dreamweaver, and photoshop, but i need to upload it onto freewebs, it says it supports FTP
but i don’t really know what im supposed to do, if anyone has experience could you please help me!!
I need to do this asap

uploading with ftp is lengthy process, may be good to use help menu to guide along the way, you want to have the web address and protocol written down , and follow steps to fill in forms, what is important is the other server requirements to access folder, through firewalls and account privileges, sometimes it is simple as drag and drop, other times, theres simple url directory mis-spelling or location,
