What a minute what ed up world do i live in? A parking ticket in SanFran costs 4x that much! Dont pay it- you WILL go to jail and your car. You do realize that this computer programmer was a Republican in 2000, that he was under oath here and that this is still a Congressional panel, even if it is in the basement of Congress. Also this dude was the one who exposed that Hai Lin Nee was shipping computer chips with missile information to China. He could be lying but that he properly exposed that makes me take his claim more seriously. I wish there was a serious investigation.

He is right, I proposed same VCM (Vote counting machine) to Justice S A Nusrat the chief election commissioner during Zia-ul Haq Regime in Pakistan. The machine was made on a breadboard and essentially a calculator, adding the number of punches on each candidates key. When the result was printed the program would zap to hide the fraud. The fact that Americans vote for one team or another is neither here or there. The power elite decide what action America will take in the world and at home.
The public vote is of absolutely no value anyway, as very few citizens are actually sufficiently understanding of world affairs to make an informed decision as to how their country should be run.
