What is the primary folder that contains all files that make up a site in Dreamweaver?

it depends where you saved your website project. when creating a project it will ask you where to save it.

I want to buy a book that can introduce me to basic computer programming and maybe give me information on each different type. As a beginner, is there any recommended type of programming I study? I don’t know anything about the different types or their applications, so I would prefer a book that explains the types and their differences as well.

Before you start programming you must pick a language. For beginners, people generally say Python, Java or C# (though I personally think it doesn’t make a difference what you choose). THEN you can pick a book. No book talks about general programming at a beginners level, they generally only talk about a specific language.
But I recommend that you just use online tutorials to start off, because:
1) they’re free
2) they’re just as good
3) there’s lots of them

All you need to know is google.com and you should be fine.

I was reading about an accounting firm that had said the net income per partner in the firm and and the average compensation per partner. The net income was $12,000 more than the average compensation. What is the difference between the two?

Possibly they retained $12,000 x number of partners, and thus did not distribute it as compensation. But the terms are somewhat tangled, compensation not being a strict term when partners are involved.

Just like the question said: I need to publish my site from Dreamweaver MX and later burn the finished site onto a CD but I don’t know how [to publish the site in a way I can burn it onto a CD]! Immediate help would be very much appreciated!

$43,352 ($48,362 married filing jointly) with three or more qualifying children
$40,363 ($45,373 married filing jointly) with two qualifying children
$35,535 ($40,545 married filing jointly) with one qualifying child
$13,460 ($18,470 married filing jointly) with no qualifying children

Tax Year 2010 maximum credit:

$5,666 with three or more qualifying children
$5,036 with two qualifying children

There’s no option under preferences that I see; I can’t see dreamweaver listed in the "Default programs" in Win7 either. Heck, even Microsoft office or any other programs on my machine do not show up there (in the manage default programs). Anyhow, how do I make Dw default for all file types that Dw can handle?

I have it installed and sometimes theres updates for it, but i cant seem to figure out what it is. Apparently its like Adobe, which i guess i have too. Do i need both or should i only have one. And if so which should i have, and what do they really do? So which adobe program would i use, or uninstall, instead of silverlight?
