I was wondering how does the computer know which one should be used. Can they conflict each other? Do they do different things as well? Thanx
Silverlight is used to play Silverlight content. Flash is used to play Flash content. It’s like .net and Java - two different programming languages and interpreters that perform similar functions.
I downloaded microsoft silverlight and the platform but i can’t find it anywhere. It is not on my desktop and i want to know how i can open it and use it.
Unless you are a developer it is not something you use. It is something that Internet Explorer & other platforms use to make your computing experience "better"

I designed a website in Photoshop, created slices, and exported for the Web to Dreamweaver. When I try to hyperlink a button, such as my logo, it jumbles part of the design up. White spaces appear in short columns and it appears to break the frame (I guess that would be the correct term). It shows up when viewing in the browser. How can I fix this?
PhotoShop creates a tangle of messy HTML code strings, where slightest font changes could potentially screw up your layout. If you cannot clean up your script, try using CSS to make your hyperlink look ‘normal’ as if there was none. If the layout returns to normal, with the hyperlink still there (in desguise), then you know its the font the hyperlink becomes that is screwing up the sizes.
Good LucK!

I live in central Maryland and commute to the Baltimore area every day for work. My monthly expense for gas accounts for 20% of my net income. Is this reasonable or high for the area?
For someone commuting to work in the DC/Balt area, what would be a normal expectation for commuting expenses in terms of percent of net income?
I’m retired and your paying too much since I pay zero dollars.
I am currently studying for my associates degree in computer programming, but when I looked on some job searching websites a few minutes ago, they all require at least a BS. I plan on getting several certifications in the IT field, including COMPTIA A+ and Network +. Will that help at all? I don’t have to be making a whole lot of money, just enough to live somewhat comfortably by. Living in an apartment for a few years is fine with me.
Many jobs do require a bachelor’s degree, but an associate degree in computer science plus relevant work experience may also appeal to employers. You can also increase your employment opportunities by earning additional certifications (like Cisco, Oracle, or Microsoft), most of which are offered online through private companies.
I call safety net programs that become a life style the "Lazy Net" it’s like a hammock they can just rest in and not try in life anymore.
That’s my criticism, if Welfare and other safety net programs are made to help others. How constructive is it if someone collects it for many years?
there is no point.
Please post a link to the direct page where they have how to make a myspace layout with dreamweaver. Thanks!
try adobe

What is the magnitude of the largest net force that can be produced by combining a force of 6.0 N and a force of 8.0 N? What is the magnitude of the smallest such force?
Largest 6+8=14N i.e. both forces acting in the same direction
Smallest 8-6=2N i.e. opposing forces
